Media and journalism representatives from the Balkan countries met and exchanged views in Trieste on two key topics: strategic communication regarding the expansion of the European Union and the fight against disinformation. Paula Gori, EDMO General Manager, participated in the roundtable discussion focusing on press freedom, featuring Barbara Trionfi (OSCE), Oliver Vujovic (South East Europe Media Organisation, SEEMO), Luisa Chiodi (Osservatorio Balcani, Caucaso Transeuropa), Giancarlo Vanoni, CEO of Tecnavia (software solutions and IT services for the publishing industry), and Davide Bolzoni (ANSA EU funding project manager).
