EDMO Ireland’s Martina Chapman participated in a two-day workshop on LEADER and Social Resilience, organised by the EU CAP Network in Kaunas, Lithuania, on 16 and 17 June. The event gathered Local Action Groups and rural stakeholders to explore how rural communities can use LEADER to address climate risks, migration, and crisis preparedness.
