Wednesday, 6 December 2023, 16:00-17:30 CET (online)
The European Digital Media Observatory (EDMO) is pleased to offer this online training module on “The InVID-WeVerify verification toolbox”, organised in collaboration with the Observatoire de l’Information et des médias (DE FACTO), the Ireland Hub and the vera.ai project.
During the training, participants will learn how to master the use of the InVID-WeVerify verification toolbox, including the advanced tools reserved for fact-checkers, journalists and researchers fighting disinformation. Trainers will share tips about recent improvements integrated into the plugin. Participants will get insights about new features, such as a synthetic media detector from the veraai.eu project and will be granted access to this beta release.
The training is open to stakeholders working to tackle disinformation including journalists, fact-checkers, and government representatives. Further editions of this training module will be repeated on a regular basis.
